Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation request will be processed as soon as they are received and can only be processed if order has not been shipped. If order has been shipped then you will be contacted and you can refuse shipment when it arrives.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. A replacement will be sent once damaged item has been received back at our facility.
If you are returning a product it must be returned in the same packaging that it was received in and undamaged in any way. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of your order date in order to get a refund.
After we receive your item our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund less any shipping or processing fees. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used at time of purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
